This work has its ups and downs, and one of the ups is when a baby that was at risk of being aborted is spared from death and then we get to be part of the birth process for the mom and baby. That happened for us this week as we were able to be present at the birth of a healthy baby boy [That's his picture above! Isn't he cute?]. The mom had been abortion-minded at 26 weeks into the pregnancy and had gone for the abortion but changed her mind. What a joy to see new life come and to see the love in the mother's eyes for her child! I think in my head, "God: +1, Satan: +0!"
