A phone call came into the office from a girl looking for housing. During the conversation she mentioned that she had an abortion scheduled for later this week. I suggested she and the boy come in and talk to us instead, and she readily agreed! She had not even called about having an abortion; she just mentioned it in the course of the conversation!
I just kept thinking, "Thank goodness that since MWC is available, that baby's life and that mother's peace of mind are not at risk any more." I'm so thankful that God chooses to use us in eternally-important ways.
Now the work begins, to pray for behavioral and heart changes!
