An annual ritual since the mid-1970s unfolded Friday on the State Capitol grounds as abortion opponents rallied to mark the anniversary of the U.S. Supreme Court's decision to legalize the procedure.
The Minnesota Citizens Concerned for Life rally featured Gov. Tim Pawlenty, Lt. Gov. Carol Molnau and former Sen. Norm Coleman at what is traditionally one of the state's largest gatherings at the Capitol.
